Asphalt Overlay & New Concrete Flow Lines Repaired

When our customer contacted us they explained that they had a property located in Santa Ana California that was in need of some parking lot repairs. They also explained that they had a budget in mind and that they wanted to get the most impact for that budget. Their main concern was for both parking lot repairs, and also addressing their liabilities. About This Asphalt & Concrete Repair Project

As mentioned this project was designed to address the customers desire to get their major liabilities repaired first, then secondly, address their general parking lot repair needs. Our customer's needs and budget was discussed before the scope of work was decided upon. Once the preliminary planning was complete, the job was scheduled and executed. Our customer decided that they would remove and replace most of the existing concrete flow line, as it was badly cracked and beyond repair. This would use up the bulk of their budget however, leave enough for the other general repairs they still needed done. We ended being able to pave an asphalt overlay the worse part of the parking lot, as well all of the patch back that needed to be done along the newly poured concrete  flow line. With all of this work done all that remains is the seal coating and parking lot striping, that was included in their estimate as well. Our customer was very pleased with us, the level of service we provided, as well as the quality of work performed.
