Our skilled asphalt team serviced apartment community in Orange. This project involved demo, removal, and laying new asphalt in 1 area (37,620 square feet), totaling a whopping 900 tons of asphalt installation. The area being serviced was half of a street that went around this property. Our crew removed 4” of compromised asphalt in order to replace it with new asphalt. The dirt was rolled flat to prep for the new asphalt with a roller. The new asphalt was laid on the street and compacted to match the 4” thickness of the materials that were removed. The project had to be completed in 2 phases in order to accommodate for the sheer amount of material being installed.
The equipment used for this project were, a skid steer, grinder, tracker, roller, rakes, brooms, shovels, dump trucks, and compactor. All these tools were expertly handled by our experienced asphalt crew in a safe and clean work environment to provide the highest quality of service.
The work was done correctly, safely, looked great, and all areas were cleaned up and ready for use the following day.
