"I manage the Huntington Harbour Mall as well as several other properties throughout Southern California, Arizona, and Colorado. I was wanting to make some corrections of the drainage of the parking lot at our Huntington Harbour Mall and sent the scope of work out to bid. Jim from Empire Parking Lot Services came out to meet me at the location to discuss the project.
After this initial meeting I felt very confident with him and his crew. His price was also very reasonable so I went ahead and approved his proposal. Shortly after the approval, I had let our tenants at this location know that this portion of the parking lot would be closed for 3 days. Some of the tenants were concerned about the potential disruptions to their businesses.
As soon as the construction commenced, I was frequently checking on these tenants to make sure they had no concerns. Some tenants even informed me that they were very impressed by how quickly, carefully and efficiently the crew was working, as I also saw for myself. A gentleman by the name of Corey with Empire Parking Lot Services was onsite to oversee the project and made sure everything was operating smoothly.
The tenants and I are very satisfied with the final product and we appreciate all of the effort and hard work that went into making this such a smooth project. We are looking forward to working with Empire Parking Lot Services in the future."

Empire did a fantastic job creating a new parking area in an unused area of our land. It was quite a big job but they certainly had the tools and manpower to get the job done, I'll be using them next year to get a new seal coat. When it comes to asphalt paving these guys get all of my work. I manage many properties in Irvine California and these are the only guys who get my work. One word "Service" I will continue to use them again and again.
