Asphalt Repair / Concrete / Sealcoating / Parking Lot Striping:
Empire Parking Lot Services is a growing parking lot maintenance company that is currently seeking full-time employees to join our team. These positions should have a clear understanding of one or more of the trades of asphalt, concrete, seal coating, or parking lot striping. Furthermore, applicants should understand how to use industry related tools and materials required to complete these types of asphalt maintenance related services.
Ideal qualifications include a background in asphalt, concrete seal, and striping applications include.
- Be punctual and dependable
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Ability to execute orders quickly
- Maintain a positive attitude with customer & fellow co-workers
- Be organized and able to help others organize their work
- Enjoy working with a team
- Must be able to meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Should posses a clear understanding of the English language(Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus)
