Asphalt Repair / Parking Lot Striping:
Successful local parking lot maintenance company is currently seeking full-time employees to join our team. This position will be involved with basic knowledge of asphalt, sealcoating, and parking lot striping services. Furthermore, applicants should understand how to use the industry related tools and materials required to complete these types of asphalt maintenance related services.
Ideal qualifications include a background in asphalt, seal, and striping applications.
- Must be able to execute orders quickly and follow directions given
- Must be able to maintaina positive attitude with customer & fellow co-workers
- Be organized and able to help others organize their work
- Enjoy working with others
- Be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.
Sales / Estimator
Successful local parking lot maintenance Company is currently seeking a full-time asphalt repair estimator to join our team. This position will be involved with basic estimating for parking lot maintenance, input bid spreadsheets, quantities and take-offs. We provide hands-on training for all entry-level applicants.
Ideal qualifications include a background in basic parking lot maintenance sales & estimating.
- Must be able to read a set of blueprints.
- Experience with MS Excel is required
- Be organized and able to help others organize their work
- Enjoy working with others
- Be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish a plus.
