From May to June every year Empire Parking Lot Services starts its big parking lot maintenance package for a well known property manager in Irvine California.  With dozens of centers throughout the Irvine, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach and the El Toro area, they keep us very busy. On this project we where contracted to paint all the curbs and legends on the property. It’s imperative that these centers have clear markings such as stop & bars and handicap striping. These properties throughout South County have a reputation for being neat, clean and organized all of the time. So when we show up on the job we know that that’s the expectation. Nothing is left to chance including ghosting stencils being blacked out, Flaking curb paint pre scraped, and markings sprayed with a thick coat of paint.
